Use of the Website, including all its content, allows you, the user, to obtain information about the book, information about the author, and the option to purchase a printed copy of the book online via the Website.
In order to place an online order for the book, you must read these Terms of Use carefully, as your use of the Website is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all the provisions herein.
Please note that these Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between Dagan Group Real Estate and Investments Ltd., Reg. No. 514428507 (hereinafter: the “Dagan Group”), the owner of the Website, and you. If you do not agree to any term herein, please refrain from using the Website.
For convenience, the Terms are written in the masculine form but apply equally to all genders.

Browsing the Website does not require registration or submission of personal details.
If you wish to order the book via the Website’s online ordering system, you will be required to provide personal information. By placing such an order, you implicitly consent to the Website Operator and/or its representatives collecting this information.

Ordering the Book & Delivery
The Website displays the book for sale to the public for online purchase.
Book prices include VAT but exclude packaging and shipping fees, which will be calculated per the courier company’s rates.
Payment is by international credit card only.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation; processing is subject to credit card approval.
Orders will be shipped after preparation by the courier company.
Book Price
The retail price of the book is ________$ (us) (including VAT).
The Publisher may update the price or offer promotions at its discretion.
If the price changes before you complete your order, you will be charged the updated price.
If the price changes after your order but before delivery, you will be charged the price in effect when you placed the order.
Website prices may be different from prices in physical stores.
Promotional prices apply only if the promotion is valid at the time of order confirmation.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, by:
– Filling the “Cancellation Form” on the Website’s Contact page.
– Sending an email to service@strawberrybook.com.
– Calling Customer Service at 972- 050-5251701 (Sun–Thu, 8:00–16:00).
The cancellation notice must include: order date, name, order number, chosen delivery date, and a return contact number.
Conditions:
1. Cancellation within 14 days of order date.
2. The book must be returned unused, in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus 5% of the order value and shipping/packaging costs, within 7 business days after approval.
Payment on the Website
Payment is by credit card issued by a recognized global worldwide company, according to available payment terms.
The Website may add or change payment methods at its discretion.
Operating Hours
The Website is available 24/7, except for maintenance or as determined by the Website Manager.
Use of Information
You authorize the Website to use your data to provide services and sell the book, in line with the Privacy Policy.

Exclusive Jurisdiction
