About the Author

Udi Dagan began his career as a political journalist, covering international conflicts and diplomatic negotiations for major news outlets. His firsthand experience in the corridors of power provided him with insights that would later inform his fiction writing.

After transitioning to fiction in 2005, Dagan quickly established himself as a master of the political thriller genre. His debut novel, “Shadows in the Cabinet,” became an international bestseller and was translated into 28 languages.

Known for meticulous research and complex characters, Dagan’s novels often explore themes of identity, power, and the moral compromises that come with political ambition. Critics have praised his ability to humanize political figures while maintaining suspenseful narratives that keep readers engaged until the final page.
